Hi Eric,

      HSPICE can support IBIS model with package model.  But I think other EDA tools may also support it with their own usages.

      So at first, please check if you use it with right usage.

Hi IBIS expert,

 

Is there any EDA tool can really simulate 3.2 version ibis model with package model (*.pkg)? Right now, I can not use Hyperlynx 7.2 to run simulation for it. The following format is an example:

Because I am not sure whether EDA tool does support “stub” (red highlight) portion, if any one can provide your experience, I will very appreciate!
