[IBIS-Users] What should be ignored for [Model] referencing [External Model]

Dear IBIS experts,

If a [Model] defines C_comp, [Pulldown], [Pullup], [Power Clamp] or [GND 
Clamp] and at the same time  reference an [External Model], then C_comp, 
[Pulldown], [Pullup], [Power Clamp] or [GND Clamp] should be  ignored or 
what?
