[IBIS-Users] spice2IBIS

Hello,
 
I am new to creating IBIS models, I am planning to use s2ibis3 tool from north carolina university for IBIS model creation for the single ended buffers. Is there any limitations with this free tool? What is the best tool for creating IBIS models.?
