[IBIS-Users] Differential receiver IBIS model

Hello,

I am trying to model a fully differential receiver in IBIS using the method
described in http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/summits/oct03/muranyi.pdf. The results
are good only at the typical corner. At minimum and maximum corners, the
currents from IBIS simulation are not matching with the netlist for Vin < 0 and
Vin > VCC. However, there is a very good correlation for 0 < Vin < VCC at all
the corners.

Can somebody please suggest what could have caused this?

This is the operating voltage:

| typ min max
[Voltage Range] 1.8 1.62 1.98

The nested DC sweep simulations are performed as below:

For typ : -1.8 to 3.6
For min : -1.62 to 3.78
For max : -1.98 to 3.42

Best regards,
Gowtham
