Hello Lars, The results looks strange indeed. And I have never seen such results. But just few questions - Do you get any warnings in the log-file ? - you are doing a dc-sweep, have you tried a 'slow' transient extraction ? - you are suspecting the hspice result-files. Does this mean by looking with a viewer the curves look okay ?
