Vinayak,
   The IBIS standard itself doesn't allow for any kind of feedback
modeling of slew rate control. I forget the exact IBIS version, but
either 4.0, 4.2 or 5.0 allows for the inclusion of verilog-A models
which can be written to model this behavior.
