Lars,

Both [Add Submodel] and [Driver Schedule] would retain
the C_comp in the paralleled [Model]s, but I don't think
they would do what you need in the paralleled [Model]s.
I can't think of anything else in IBIS that puts multiple
[Model]s on the same pad.

You could perhaps make two [Model]s on two different pads,
and "short" them together with a [R Series] using a low
resistance value.

I hope this gives you some ideas to solve your problem...

Hello Folks,

For pads with controllable slewrate the [Model Selector] keyword is a
nice solution when one want to include the complete set of options.

However, consider two separate pads of very different function, bonded
to the same pin. Using [Model Selector] will for sure take care of the
functionality, but in this case the C_comp of both pads should actually
be summed up.

I can of course make models of each parallel configuration, but possibly
there is a neater solution?
