The time and voltage differences between the three
curves are
due to the different PVT
(process-voltage-temperature) corners
represented by the model.

The "fast" ringing is probably due to package
parasitics and the
separation of receiver and termination.

The "ledge" is due to a reflection (probably at
rcvr/termination).
