Hello, Lior,

This is discussed in the IBIS 4 Cookbook. If the
pins are not identical in performance, one could
create two buffer models, one for each pin.

Some new options are available in IBIS 4 and 5.
Various EDA tools support these to a greater or
lesser extent. You might wish to talk with your
EDA application engineers, for their recommended
method to implement your model.

The IBIS Model Review Committee is always happy to
review IBIS files.
