Which one best matches the stimulus frequency? If it is the max curve
(red), then I would suspect the typ and min V/T curves have very long
"tails" and the simulator is riding them out until they finish, before
responding to the next opposing stimulus edge. Note that when the typ
and min do trigger they have a fixed time relationship to each other and
to the max. I think they are just skipping some edges because they
aren't yet ready.

curves generated by the max corner has a different time period compared
to the ones generated by typ/min curves. The ibis model on visual
inspection seems good (curves follow the expected pattern). The spice
script to run the ibis model just differ in the vdd values. I am not
sure why I see a difference in time period across the corners (min
(green)/typ (yellow) nearly have the same time period while max (red) is
