Is that what your waveform really looks like? What is causing it? It
surely is not "ringing" in the normal sense. Does the driver
oscillate? If the falling edge waveform never stabilizes, how can an
IBIS model replicate it?

Perhaps you could try another simulator to see what it does with it.
