I can think of a couple of ways of solving this.

 

1.       Either generate a dummy pin or use an existing NC pin.  Use a
Series R model, 50 Ohms from the DP and DN to the dummy pin.  Make the dummy
pin a Terminator and put the Cmid in the terminator.

2.       Make an equivalent Pi circuit of the Y circuit you have.

3.       Have you thought of an External Model for this?

I have a differential receiver as  following where there is capacitance
(Cmid shown in Fig.) connected to the middle of the termination resistance
with ground.
