UNOFFICIAL VERSION 4.1 - WORK IN PROGRESS (ver4.1_wip)

This directory contains the UNOFFICIAL DRAFT of VERSION 4.1 - the next 
planned version of the IBIS specification.

  IBIS Version 3.2 was ratified on August 20 1999 as EIA-656-A and further
  ratified as ANSI/EIA-656-A on September 21, 1999.  IBIS Version 4.0 was
  ratified on July 19, 2002.  The official version is under the directory
  /pub/ibis/ver4.0.  

  This document reflects all changes made in preparation for review and 
  an approval vote before the IBIS Open Forum.  

  ver4_1.ibs    Approval Draft IBIS Version 4.1 uploaded.
                 Includes approved BIRD75.8, BIRD77.2, BIRD78.1, BIRD80.1,
                 BIRD81.1, BIRD85.3 and BIRD86.1.  Dated January 12, 2004.
