************************************************************************ The following is a list of known issues with the IBIS Specification Version 5.1 document. All page numbers refer to the Adobe PDF version. 1) (from Michael Mirmak, Intel Corp.) On p. 190, the example below is missing a closing parenthesis: (Rx_Receiver_Sensitivity (Usage Info)(Type Float) (List 0.1 0.05 0.06 0.07 0.08 0.09 0.11) 2) (from Arpad Muranyi, Mentor Graphics) On p. 142, in the .ebd section: "an .ebd ..." and "a .ebd". This is inconsistent, an would also apply to .ibs verbage in the specification. This should be verbalized as "a dot ebd file" or "an ebd file" - which would dictate whether to use "a" or "an". 3) (from Arpad Muranyi, Mentor Graphics) On p. 44, Table 2 contains two "R" entries, which should both be "r". The paragraphs above this table talk about "r", not "R", and the corresponding "f" is also lower case. 4) (from Arpad Muranyi, Mentor Graphics) On p. 185, both GetWave_Exists and Use_Init_Output have the same exact sentence for the Definition: "Tells EDA tool whether the AMI_GetWave is implemented in this model" While this is correct for the GetWave_Exists, it is quite wrong for Use_Init_Output. 5) (from Ambrish Varma, Cadence Design Systems) On p. 177, the definition for Value reads: Value Single value data. The user may assign any value without any restrictions within the constraints of the Type of the variable. This should be: Value Single value data The additional language beginning "The user..." was added during editorial reviews of IBIS 5.1. Last Updated: May 7, 2013
