DESCRIPTION OF BUG:

With ibischk5, Version 5.0.7, two ill-formed parameter produce errors
under the Reserved_Parameters.

With ibischk5, Version 5.1 (Beta4), Only the ill formed parameters
in the Model_Specific section are reported and the other two
sets of ill-formed parmeters are not detected.

All six ill-formed parameter cases should be reported.

The test file documents the ibischk5, Version 5.1(beta4) case.
