DESCRIPTION OF BUG:

The following ibischk6 source code cleanup items are proposed:

1.  Remove deprecated files string.c, string.h, extern.c.
(Completion of BUG156)

2.  Change the include guard in stringlist.h to #ifndef STRINGLIST_H.
(Completion of BUG156)

3.  Remove the #include of pfile.h from pfile.h

4.  Remove the old CVS $Header blocks from the top of files.

For example:

(Since many source files would have to be modified, we can provide a script
to remove the $Header lines.)
