BUG47 introduced some more detailed reporting of waveform mismatch. Included were percentage differences since BUG47 changed the report to an error from warning if the mismatch was greater than 10%. While the test seems to work in most cases, there are some cases where the reported percentage is wrong. The file below produces the following messages. The Voltage difference calculation appears correct for the low side, and the internal percentages distinguishing between an Error and a Warning (10%) appear correct, but the REPORTED percentages of 100% and 176.4% are incorrect. In the second case the percent difference should have been 2.3% making this "Warning" report correct inspite of reported percentage. If this is changed to less than 2% error with the commented line at the end, the Warning message is correctly eliminated. The reported percentages need to be fixed. Checking bug63.ibs for IBIS 3.2 Compatibility... ERROR - Model BUG63: The [Rising Waveform] with [R_fixture]=50 Ohms and [V_fixture]=0V has TYP column DC endpoints of 0.00V and 1.20v, but an equivalent load applied to the model's I-V tables yields different voltages ( 0.02V and 1.37V), a difference of 100.00% and 12.65%, respectively. WARNING - Model BUG63: The [Falling Waveform] with [R_fixture]=50 Ohms and [V_fixture]=0V has TYP column DC endpoints of 0.05V and 1.35v, but an equivalent load applied to the model's I-V tables yields different voltages ( 0.02V and 1.37V), a difference of 176.40% and 1.73%, respectively.
