DESCRIPTION OF BUG:

Erroneous option (#) lines in input files for TSCHK2 will produce an error 
similar to the following:

"error E2103: invalid option"

This implies that the tschk2 command line options are incorrect, not that the 
option line is incorrect.

The error should instead read something like:

"error E2103: invalid option (#) line in input file"

NOTES ON BUG FIX:

Classified at the January 6, 2012 IBIS Open Forum teleconference.

Radek Biernacki of Agilent suggested that "input file" be changed to
"Touchstone file", for specificity.

Bob Ross of Teraspeed consulting Group noted that this BUG also applies to
E2101, with text "expected option line", and E2102, with text "duplicate
option".  Any updates to the output text should be applied to all three
errors.

The actual verbiage of the updated error messages is to be determined.
