s2ibis2 Version 1.1 Fix

Hello:

I have posted an interim fix to s2ibis2 version 1.1 to allow the
data to be printed with 4 decimal digits instead of 2. This will
temporarily get around some of the existing 2-digit resolution
problems which can cause some abrupt jumps in the tables.

The fix is found on vhdl.org at

   /pub//ibis/s2ibis/s2ibis2_v1.1/s2ibis2_fix.tar.Z

Included is a Sun 4 executable.
