Hello,
First of all you are using a version of the translator that is known to
have certain bugs. This is obvious if you look at the table. This particular
version only shows two digits after the decimel and also does not format
the data properly.

Download the s2ibis2_fix.tar.Z version from the website:
http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/s2ibis/s2ibis2_v1.1/
Your .s2i file may also not be set right pointing to the right spice nodes.
This could result in bad pullup and pulldown tables.
