Modeling Schottky Diodes

Anybody have a model or a suggestion on how to add Schottky Diodes to a
model?
I am modeling a backplane using ICX Electrical Editor and wanted to add
Schottky Diodes terminators
Looking at California Micro Devices PAC DN005.
