The construction of the pull up table is incorrect. 0 volts in the pull up
table corresponds to the Vcc for the model. In your case typ, min, max are
3.3, 3.0 and 3.6. The table shows typ of 3.3, min of 3.3 and max of 3.3
volts. IBIS takes the value of the voltage of the pull up and subtracts it
from Vcc (V=Vcc-Vtable) The minimum current should always be at 0 volts in
the pull up table. In your case your minimum currents are at 0, 0.3
and -0.3 volts. If you fix this you will get better answers.

Actually, I noticed something strange about the warnings generated from the
IBIS golden parser. I've pasted all the warnings below:
