try to verify a ibis model for a series_switch

Hi Folks:
 I am trying to verfify a ibis model consists of a series MOSFET and the
type of that model is Series_switch.
Can anyone tell me how I can start to verify this model?
I am also using Scratchpad to create the schematics , do you know how
can I do that?
