ABTE model verification

Dear Ibis-Users,

I have done verification of measurements and simulation of an ABT and ABTE IBIS
model.

When using the IBIS model of the ABT16245 the simulated and measured waveforms
are comparable.

When using the IBIS model of the ABTE16245 the results are far from comparable.
Due to less capacitive loading of the ABTE device the simulations look better,
nevertheless the measurements are a lot worse than the ABT case.

Does anybody have the same experience with ABTE IBIS models?
