Your ramp data does not look ok. As Syed pointed out check the .out files.
You may want to check the spice netlist circuit files. If you have the spice
plotting tool run the circuit native in spice and take a look at both the
rising/falling data and i/v data. Your circuit files may not be correct.

I think your .ibs I/V curves are not correct. If this is an I/O, you may
want to
look at you pdxx.out, puxx.out, ddxx.out, duxx.out before you can say your
I/V
curves are correct..

I doubt it's a s2ibis2 bug..
