Thank you Syed, your input was very helpful.
Now I tried s2ibs2 with my data and could generate curve list in the e.g.
"put58.lis" but cannot create ibs file with the message:
"Data begin marker transfer not found in output file"
Output file is:
Output strored in file => put58.lis
HSPICE job put58.spi completed
What is missing?
