Subject: [IBIS-Users] Question about experimental setup to get V-I V-t curves

Hi experts,
I am learning IBIS models and i am trying to get
accurate models for I/O buffers of ICs. My problem is
how to have experimental setup for getting the V-I,V-T
curves of any general IC.Please tell me what are the
steps that are to be followed to do that experiment.
One more thing is I can't avail Curvetracer. Can you
suggest me what can I use in place of curve tracer.
Please reply me experimental set up procedures to get
V-I and V-t charecters of IC(general)buffers.
