Hi All,
The sweeping range (-vcc~2vcc) is so big that the spice model is not
well behaved over the range when the ESD diodes are forward biased. I
read from the IBIS cookbook that we can do linear extraction from the
range that spice model can handle up to the whole range. Is there any
special rule or tool for the "linear extraction"? How critical is it
of the extrapolation to be accurate? Is it preferred to measure in
real silicon device to get those data?
Thanks for any help.
Guoli
