Hello All, I'm working on generating IBIS models for some of our products but have a question regarding IBIS version numbers supported by board-level simulation/analysis tools today. I'd like to use version 4.1 rather than version 3.2 because of the extra resolution that is permitted in the waveform data for the rising and falling edges (1000 points instead of only 100), but I would like some assurance that the IBIS simulators out there will be able to handle version 4.1 Can anyone comment on what versions are commonly supported these days? thanks, Dwayne Johnson IC Design Engineer Gennum Corporation, 4281 Harvester Road Burlington, Ontario, Canada L7L 5M4 website: www.gennum.com <http://www.gennum.com/> email: dwayne_j@gennum.com phone: 905-632-2999 x 2640 fax: 905-633-8105 -------------------------------------------------------------------- |For help or to subscribe/unsubscribe, e-mail majordomo@eda-stds.org |with the appropriate command message(s) in the body: | | help | subscribe ibis <optional e-mail address, if different> | subscribe ibis-users <optional e-mail address, if different> | unsubscribe ibis <optional e-mail address, if different> | unsubscribe ibis-users <optional e-mail address, if different> | |or e-mail a request to ibis-request@eda-stds.org. | |IBIS reflector archives exist under: | | http://www.eda-stds.org/pub/ibis/email_archive/ Recent | http://www.eda-stds.org/pub/ibis/users_archive/ Recent | http://www.eda-stds.org/pub/ibis/email/ E-mail since 1993Received on Tue Jul 25 12:26:26 2006
