ibis_chk version 1.1 binary

Gentlemen,

Jon Powell of Quad Design has ported ibis_chk to 11 platforms+os. These
binary is installed at the ibis area on vhdl.org at:
    ibis/ver1.1/exec
These are the available platform+os under exec:
        alpha/
        apm/
        aviion/
        dec3100/
        hp700/
        hp9000/
        mips/
        rs6000/
        sgi/
        solaris/
        sun4/
