10/1, 10/22 Minutes, 10/29 meeting

     Hi, all.
     
     Our Fax machine chose last week to go out to lunch without telling us.
      The minutes from the 10/1 Open Forum meeting were only partially sent
     out, and the result was that the 10/22 meeting was under-attended. We
     therefore decided to re-convene on 10/29.
     
     We faxed out the 10/22 minutes and are re-fax-ing the minutes from the
     10/1 meeting, along with BIRD #2. If you are accustomed to getting
     these faxes and don't get these, please send me mail:
