IBIS 10/29 meeting, 10/1, 10/22 Minutes info

     Hi, all.
     
     This is a re-post of an earlier attempt. I'm not sure if the message got
     out.
     
     Our Fax machine chose last week to go out to lunch without telling us.
      The minutes from the 10/1 Open Forum meeting were only partially sent
     out, and the result was that the 10/22 meeting was under-attended. We
     therefore decided to re-convene on 10/29.
     
     We faxed out the 10/22 minutes and are re-fax-ing the minutes from the
     10/1 meeting, along with BIRD #2. If you are accustomed to getting
     these faxes and don't get these, please send me mail:
