EGG not to be hatched...

Hi IBIS folk,

I had an AR from the last IBIS Open Forum to write an EGG on the IBIS model file
revision level number usage. However, I realized that it has already been
written down in the IBIS1.1 spec under the [File Rev} keyword section, which I
completely forgot about.

So I suggest to drop this EGG so that it would not hatch...
