 Golden Parser 2.1 Release Approval Process

 The 13 GP 2.1 licensees will discuss and vote via the IBIS reflector. No
 vote (silence) will be considered a YES vote.
 
 NOTE: I tried unsuccessfully to set up a separate reflector for this
 discussion and vote.
