Bird 36: latest draft

Stephen,

I have not followed the progress of Bird 36, so am trying to
prepare myself for Monday's discussion.

Is the version on vhdl.org dated 24-June-96 the latest version
of this Bird? Or is there a working draft somewhere which
indicates better the current state of work in progress?
