what is Vmeas

Hi Ibis Gurus,

Could anybody expalain me what is Vmeas.

What standard says about Vmeas:

| The Cref and Rref subparameters correspond to the test load

Does anybody know what is Vmeas? Does it have any relation to
[Voltage Range] ?
