Updated IBIS Version 3.2 approved on August 20, 1999
for release to EIA as EIA-656-A have been uploaded on

  http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ver3.2/

Existing links on the EIA IBIS home page now point to
the newer documents. A .txt version is provided.

Thanks to Arpad Muranyi for providing the .pdf and .doc
versions.

The older documents approved on January 15, 1999 are stored in
the subdirectory jan99/
