NEW ibischk3 executables

To All:

New ibischk3.2.2 executables have been uploaded on

  http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ibischk3

These are still preliminary. They include some corrections
made by Chris Rokusek (except for the Windows version).

Thanks to Chris for supplying these.

The older versions are stored in the "old" directories.
