If I had a vote, it would be for an XML-based syntax that is
essentially structured SPICE. It should include BSPICE
(only because it's freely available) implementations of
nominal/best/worst buffer or connector _in addition to_
VI/VT/etc tables. It's almost SPICE, so it's extensible
and it has data structure to it that behavioral simulators
can read and modify. You may need to limit what
SPICE elements can be used to controlled sources, R's,
L's(K's), C's and T's (...and?). And lossy elements
will need to be addressed soon...
No concrete syntax suggestion yet. I just spent about
a minute just now looking at the IMIC spec, enough to think that
it could benefit from XML structure.
Anybody know of other SPICEs, besides Apsim's, that
handle the EIAJ TABLE extension?
