Unofficial IBIS tree for Version 3.2

To All:

An unofficial tree diagram for IBIS Version 3.2 has been
uploaded as:

  http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ver3.2/tree3_2.txt

Thanks to Michael Mirmak of Intel for extending and adding
more detail to an older unofficial tree diagram for IBIS
Version 3.0.

Comments and corrections are welcome. This diagram may be
updated.

The older unofficial tree diagrams have been moved to the
ver3.0 subdirectory.
