BIRD75.8 is an editorial correction and clarification to the recently
uploaded BIRD75.7. It is too large to be e-mailed. It is available
for review under:
http://eda.org/pub/ibis/birds/
BIRD75.8 and BIRD77.2 should be considered together for a vote at
the next IBIS meeting. Pending BIRD78.1 and BIRD80 also support
some related features.
