[IBIS] RE: [IBIS-Users] accuracy

The latest version of s2ibis2 was modified to increase the resolution of
datapoints. The 2 digits after decimal is an older version of s2ibis2.

You could use s2ibis3 or the latest version of s2ibis2.

the curves of  IBIS model that my  s2ibis2 produces have  two numbers
after the dot:

   0.00      -15.78pA             -0.24nA            -10.56pA
   0.10          8.74mA              4.38mA             15.94mA
  ....

which is the manner to obtain a better accuracy , for example four
numbers after dot ?  (using this version of s2ibis)

 0.00        -15.7823pA             -0.2434nA            -10.5622pA
 0.10            8.7412mA              4.3812mA             15.9452mA
  ....
