[IBIS] BIRD103.1: [Model Spec] DDR2 Overshoot/Undershoot Parameters

The enclosed BIRD103.1, [Model Spec] DDR2 Overshoot/Undershoot
Parameters, is submitted for consideration at the May 12, 2006 IBIS Open
Forum teleconference.  Changes from BIRD103 are marked with "|**".
Comments were added to clarify the area calculation as true
area-under-the-curve and not a "triangular" area as represented in the
example drawing.

Reflector comments and questions are welcome.
