Hello, Sehshari and Vinayak, It is strongly recommended that all four I-V tables cover -Vcc to +2Vcc. Currents are normally 0A above 0V for both POWER and GND clamp tables, unless there is an on-die pullup/pulldown termination. This is because IBIS does not specify how tables are extrapolated when there is no data beyond 0V. Model makers are welcome to submit models to the IBIS Model Review Committee for review.
