The IBIS Open Forum is pleased to announce the availability of a review draft of the IBIS 5.0 specification. The draft is available free of charge, in several formats, through the link below: http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ver5.0_wip/ Changes include the addition of support for the IBIS AMI (Algorithmic Modeling Interface) API, additional data tables to improve buffer power delivery and gate modulation modeling, EMI parameters plus DDR2 overshoot and undershoot measurement parameters. A vote on the specification has been tentatively scheduled for August 29 during the regular IBIS Open Forum teleconference. Comments, suggestions and questions are welcome. - Michael Mirmak Intel Corp.
