I understood from the cookbook that V should sweep from -Vdd to 2Vdd relative to VDD. So if I used the circuit below, but its not look reasonable to me, because in this test Vout referring to ground Swing between 0 to 3Vdd and that's mean that the lower ESD diode is not active. So I think that the pull up simulation circuit should look like this: And the Vtable as written in the cookbook should be Vdd(should be always the typ Vdd, am I right?) minus Vout. Thanks.
