[IBIS] Updated IBIS 5.1 Draft Document Available for Review - Final Call for Comments

An updated draft IBIS 5.1 specification is now available and is under consideration for formal approval by the IBIS Open Forum:

Please note that the document uses a new, more readable format.

A list of BIRD changes included in version 5.1 and a list of the corrections made from the previous draft are both available in the same location.

Comments, questions and suggestions are welcome.

Note that an approval vote on the document is scheduled for our August 24 teleconference.
