Eric,
The answer to the first part of your question is that as of now, you
have to add features of ver 3.2 manually to the ibis file created by
s2ibis2.
Work is underway to complete a version of s2ibis3 ASAP.

Is there anywhere I can get script in order to generate
ibis model for version 3.2, but not only for version 2.1? If not, how
can I build IBIS model with option of version 3.2 (like"[Model spec]")
by s2ibis2?
The other question is: what's different for ibis model
of input buffer with or without schmitt trigger feature? Just Vinh+/-,
Vinl+/- with schmitt trigger?
Can we also provide threshold voltage as Vinh+/-,
Vinl+/- even receiver without any hysteresis function?
