Hassan,
1) You could use the [Series MOSFET] keyword to describe that
surface. The only limitation is that is assumes a symmetric
surface, but it allows you up to 100 IV curves.
2) I suspect that you are talking about page 19, not 18. Idiff
is the same as "differential current" on pg. 8, 10, 12, 14, 16.

several IV tables - as many as the number of Vp/Vn steps. How do you
consolidate those tables into single pullup and pulldown IV tables?
2. On the V-t curve setup of page 18, how do you obtain Idiff?
