Hi Experts
I am trying to extract IBIS VI Characteristics for ECL
buffers , both single ended and Differential from
spice models . I understand the different convention
is to be followed while generating for ECL buffers ,
Does anybody have guideline for this
And regarding differential buffers , How to extract VT
curves , what is the setup required . I have simulated
differential signals but couldn't understand how this
is simulated with ibis model . Any inputs on this will
be helpful to me
